Blue Ridge Animal Welfare League (BRAWL) is building a community of people and organizations to improve the lives of companion animals and ensure positive outcomes for homeless pets in Patrick County, VA.

Pet Food Pantry

Through our partnership with the Patrick County Food Bank we distribute pet food monthly. Anyone eligible for food boxes is eligible to receive pet food.

Animal Advocacy

We promote the adoption of animals at the Patrick County Animal Shelter, provide donations of food, treats, and enrichment items to the shelter cats and dogs, and educate the community on companion animal related issues.

Join us for a fun afternoon of painting barn quilts at Calliope, Circus of the Arts in Stuart. Local artist, Jenny Allred, will guide participants using prepared boards ready to paint. All class materials will be provided as well as light refreshments. You will select your pattern in advance.
